Strength x Mobility training
Service Description
Our Strength x Mobility class will build strength and improve alignment through a blend of Pilates principles, weight training and calisthenics. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced. We do focus on moving slightly slower and using good technique but the class still has that deep burn and endorphin release that you love. The studio is mildly warm with added humidity. What to Expect: * Warm-Up: Movements to prepare your body and mind. * Strengthening: Dynamic weighted exercises to build muscle tone, improve balance, and increase overall strength. * Closing stretching sequences: Restorative stretches to enhance flexibility, release tension, and improve range of motion.
