Service Description
Our Pilates Strong class is similar to our much loved Pilates HIIT class but without the cardio. This class is a fusion of Pilates and strength training using body weight and hand weights. Get strong and toned as we focus on developing functional strength that will provide a boost to your active sporty lifestyle and have you looking and feeling great! Expect fun, upbeat music in this all levels class. The studio temperature for this class is mildly warm with added humidity.
