What to Expect

Week One of Four – Foundation
  • Initial Consultation – We start by reviewing your current eating habits, body composition, lifestyle, and goals.

  • Record & Evaluate – Using our easy-to-use Nutrition Coaching App, you’ll log everything you eat and drink. The app provides detailed data on calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients, giving us a full picture of where you are starting from.

  • Goal Setting – Together, we’ll establish a realistic daily calorie goal based on your age, body weight, activity levels, and personal goals. We will also include an exercise plan as part of our holistic approach. 

  • Meal Planning – We’ll provide you with simple, effective strategies and suggested meals—what to eat, when to eat, and how to avoid common pitfalls.

Weeks Two to Four – Weekly Progress & Adjustment

​We’ll meet once a week to evaluate your progress. Based on your logged data and body metrics, we’ll make any necessary changes to keep you moving toward your goal.
