Service Description
Our Pilates HIIT class combines Pilates, fitness and yoga principles with high intensity interval training. Be ready for a fun & sweaty workout with loud music and mood lighting! This class gives you the workout you crave with the therapeutic benefits you need. Develop real strength, tone your stomach, glutes, legs and arms and boost your cardio all in one class. Variations will be given so you can choose your own intensity level. The studio temperature for this class is mildly warm with added humidity.
